Santenay BIO "En Charron" 2020

Our red Santenay, grown at the foot of the 12th century Romanesque church of St Jean de Narosse in Côte de Beaune, Côte d'Or, is made from the PINOT NOIR grape variety. This 2020 Santenay has everything of a great wine, its garnet color takes us on a concentrated nose of spices, mixing cinnamon and cloves. The palate evolves on aromas of black fruits, ending on a firm and spicy finish, a sign of aging potential. Drink from today (after decanting for 1 hour) until 2030. Serve with a lamb shank with spices.
