• His Santenay Rouge “En charron” located in Côte d'Or, Côte de Beaune, is made from Pinot Noir grapes
cultivated on a southwest-facing plot, at the foot of the magnificent
12th century Romanesque church of Saint-Jean de Narosse.

• His white Burgundy, located in the Côte de Beaune, is made from a Chardonnay grape variety
cultivated on a plot of land nourished by the silts of the Dheune
thus bringing the benefits of fertile soil.
