Bourgogne Chardonnay Bio "Sur le Pont de Cheilly" 2021

Our White Burgundy is located in the Côte de Beaune, grown on the silt left by the Dheune river and produced from the Chardonnay grape variety.
 The first nose presents notes of SO2, then with aeration the wine opens up with iodized and lemony notes. On the palate the wine is straight, long and mineral. Blind tasting the wine presents a "chablisien" style.
 For tastings, remember to open the bottle 1 hour in advance.
